Should you choose to return an unwanted product you have 14 days from the date of purchase to do so. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All wearable headsets including lenses are not returnable after packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item (when not handed personally).
We will inspect your return and then notify you the course of action; it will either be repaired or replaced free of charge or you will be given a full refund in store credit at our discretion.
