The Tamiya plugs is specifically designed to physically isolate the positive and negative wires. Whatever the condition they remain safely isolated even damp conditions dirty environments the Tamiya plugs will do a good job protecting the conductive parts.

These connectors have a locking mechanism the ensures the connectors don’t get loose under absue.

The tamiya plug is safe for use in relatively low-current applications of around 15amp
